The investor buys distressed properties and fixes them up then sells them. Option One is no longer an option. Any lenders out there who are flexible to this scenario? I don&#8217;t mind year chain of title or interior photos of properties. These are not &#8220;shady&#8221; deals but actual cases of someone finding a property worth much more, investing time, energy and materials to fix them up, then making a profit. Sounds like pure capitalism to me. I appreciate your assistance.</p>]]></content:encoded>
